Each month includes 4 private 30-minute sessions, designed to work with your natural rhythm.
- 2 Rapid Sessions:
We focus on the block, decision, or situation that feels stuck — the pattern you keep circling. We look beneath the surface of your business, beliefs, and nervous system to clear interference so you can move forward with clarity and certainty.
Clients often describe these as the moment things finally click.
- 2 Deepening Sessions
These sessions build directly from what emerges in the Rapid Sessions. We deepen, integrate, and recalibrate so the shifts become your new way of being.
This is where outdated beliefs, old agreements, and fear patterns are released, and your system learns how to hold the next level without collapsing back.

Between sessions, you’re supported through Voxer for reflection, accountability, and real-time guidance as life and business unfold.

How quickly will I notice a shift?
Many clients experience clarity or movement after the very first Rapid Session — often around a decision, block, or pattern they’ve been circling. Deeper, more embodied shifts unfold over time as we integrate and stabilize what changes. This is why this container is designed for a minimum of three months — real transformation needs space to land.
Is this therapy or crisis support?
No. This work is intuitive, energetic, and strategic in nature. It supports growth, leadership, and alignment, but it does not replace medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial care.
What is Voxer support like?
Voxer is our in-between space for connection, reflection, and real-time guidance as life and business unfold. You can share updates, questions, or moments as they arise, and I respond within a spacious daily window during business hours.
How do we schedule sessions?
You’ll receive a private scheduling link to book your sessions in a way that fits your rhythm. Sessions are to be used within the active billing month and do not roll over. You’re fully in charge of booking what you need, when you need it.
